Origins of the word NOICE!
There are probably many stories out there regarding the origins of noice, but the story as it applies to our company revolves around a local Southern California firefighter and volleyball enthusiast who used the word "noice" to describe anything particularly cool so often at the firehouse and on the volleyball court that people began to identify him solely with that word. Before long, everyone was greeting him with an enthusiastic "NOICE!" every time he'd make an entrance.
